Private medical insurance and payment for appointments

We will advise you of any costs for sessions you book and attend. If you have medical insurance you will need to contact your supplier prior to your first appointment to ensure that your policy covers the cost of treatment. A policy number and/or GP referral letter may
be required to comply with some insurance policies.

If you wish to cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice an administration fee may be charged.

David Jacobs
BSc (Hons), MCSP, AACP, HPC

David Jacobs graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2000. He is a Member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and is recognised by all of the major private health insurance companies.

His main speciality is musculoskeletal physiotherapy and he is experienced in the assessment and treatment of a wide variety of clinical problems. Following a comprehensive assessment, David will propose a treatment plan appropriate to the needs of each individual patient.

Physiotherapy provides a direct route to better and sustained health and vitality. It plays an important part in pain relief, healing and rehabilitation of most medical and surgical conditions.
